1968 Zenith Steel Sporto Wristwatch. The Sporto, Zenith’s answer to the Omega Seamaster and the Rolex Oyster. Launched in 1954, it catered for the monied buyer who wanted a rather more robust watch than the typical dressier models of the day. Good examples of the Sporto are not easy to find and whenever they do appear, then always sell very quickly.
